About Fran Tabor

The cornucopia of stars in Montana’s Rocky Mountain night sky easily inspires dreams of distant worlds. Those stars aroused Fran’s storytelling DNA. Her dream-weaving ancestors include Russian peasants, Chippewa war chiefs and American Revolutionary soldiers. Fran’s varied writings include fun science fiction and practical business survival books.

When not writing, Fran runs a small business in Kalispell, Montana

If you operate a small retail store, I would recommend this book highly. It is written with a lot of stories and examples from the author's own experience. No big words, theories, or graphs, just hands on advice on running a retail brick & mortar store in a world filled with discount stores and internet competition.
