Willem Nel

Willem is the Senior Pastor and Visionary Leader of His People Church in Potchefstroom, South Africa. He also serves on the Apostolic Board of Every Nation South Africa. (His People belongs to a wider family of churches called Every Nation). He is the founder of Faith Story Publishing, a Publishing House dedicated to making God famous by telling faith stories of ordinary believers living in victory who have a passion to share the good news all over the world. Willem’s book, A Silent Adventure, telling his remarkable story of healing and adventure into grace, was the first book published. Willem is a well-known motivational speaker, preacher and executive life coach. He lives in Potchefstroom, South Africa and along with other leaders is involved with the transformation of the city.

Willem is happily married to Celesté and they have four beautiful children, Guilliam, Charmoré, Ann-waniq and D’Ianrew.

Academic Accomplishments

Willem graduated from RAU with a BCOMM (Accountancy) in 1988. He was awarded his BCOMM Hons from UNISA in 1996 and his Masters in Organizational Leadership (Cum Laude) from Regent University in the USA. He has written three publications on leadership which include: Moving a Church from Good to Great; SHAPE for Business Leaders and Church Health Matrix.

Ministry

Willem ministers regularly locally, nationally and abroad. He has strong ties with various congregations in the USA who invite him to minister regularly. He is renowned for his strong word of faith - activating and imparting an unshakable faith in an Unlimited God. After his sickness, this word of faith has been coupled with an extraordinary revelation of God’s grace. Since writing his testimony, A Silent Adventure, Willem travels regularly -mostly in South Africa - sharing his testimony. This book has been endorsed and supported by the Every Nation President, Pastor Steve Murrell, as well as a foreword written by Floyd McClung - best-selling author of The Father Heart of God.

Willem has several other books in the pipelines, his next book being Activating Faith which is scheduled to be released at the end of this year.
