217 Eden Street

If he wasn't getting dragged into yet another argument between his neighbors, Andy and Gert, Beau Farneuff could enjoy Sunday football. Though, it isn't long before Beau suspects he'll no longer have to worry about it, when Gert suddenly disappears. The story her husband tells is less than believable. But before Beau will be able to enjoy another game, he and his wife Nora must find out for sure.

About Laura Payeur

Laura Payeur lives in Rhode Island, you know, that tiny little New England state on the East Coast, with her husband and two of her four children. She also has one grandson and two cats. She is an avid horror fan, who also enjoys a good murder mystery and a bit of dark humor. Her love for books and writing came at an early age thanks to her mother Sandra, who Laura can never remember being without a book. Starting a family young, they became her priority. As time passed and her children grew, she found herself with much appreciated time to write. Albeit, sometimes only in the middle of the night. She has yet to give up hope that someday she will write one successful novel or even, possibly, a moderately successful collection of short stories.
