This is my personal memory of some Halloweens, me and my sister would go trick or treating. I thought since it is only a few weeks until Halloween, this would work perfectly.

My sister and I would go trick or treating back in the early 80’s. I got a lot of popcorn balls that year. I also got some cheap candy. My house would give away good candy. We would run out of candy before anyone else. If people were late starters, going trick or treating, they would have to go to every house and just hope someone had candy left. People you know what cheap candy, I am talking about. It was like a dollar for a very big bag of that stuff back then.

I remember, when my family would have halloween parties, it was so nice.... I enjoyed your book Gerty.... I miss the days, when I would go trick or treating, when I was a kid... If you want to relive that memory, please read this book.... I recommend this book highly...
