This is a solid primer on "dealing" with critics. It is a necessary read for new writers who are concerned with how their work will be perceived by the public.

Resilience by Mark McGuinness is a step-by-step guide to one who want to stay focused in the world of 'opinions'. Its an essential read for professionals who has to deal with public opinion and criticism. Mark gives step by step instructions, workouts and insights into the issues of confronting, handling rejection and criticism. I would call it a guide for managing opinions of your own, and of others.
