Extended description

Drela is a High Flatland Chiefta until Raif the Raider attacks her village and takes her captive to be trained as a valuable submissive slave for a specific buyer. This story is about her journey from spoiled selfish woman to resourceful slave.

Drela is a mother who is powerless to help her children, or is she? Her story is filled with love, pride, pain, humiliation, and sacrifice.

Drela's point of view is limited but her life is connected to intrigue and power in Eladonia. This is the first short story in a series of short stories about characters on a journey in Eladonia. Each short story layers itself on the other to slowly unfold a larger complex story.

The characters are flawed with struggles to learn about themselves and the world around them.

Although there is sex and violence in the story it is not the focus of the story.
