It was good (I mean bad but good in a really creepy way). It kept me interested.

This is a well-written, compelling horror story which is well-constructed, and which has an unexpected villain. The introductory section may seem out of context upon first impression, but, in retrospect, ties up the whole story nicely, after one reads the conclusion.

I thought this was a good story, well-written with some interesting original ideas. It builds up intrigue and then the resolution is whacky but satisfying. If I have any criticisms, then they're the readiness of the villagers to lynch a person without even a discussion or a trial, and the candour of the villain who perhaps too conveniently fills in the missing pieces of the jigsaw with an outpouring of plot exposition. But overall I liked it.
