About Victoria Leader

My name is Victoria Leader. I'm 22 years old. I'm a beginning author with tons and tons of stories to tell. I'm so easily inspired it's like a disease. I definitely think it's contagious. My favorite types of books to both read and write about are books where the author has created a world that I would either so badly need to be a part of, or that I'm terrified to even think about. I'm into all kinds of movies and television shows.

I truly believe that every person has a story-if not a few- to tell...it all depends on how they wish to take the readers on that journey!

I downloaded this book unsure if I would even finish it. I did so within hours. The world she created was original and very interesting. I was not happy with where the book ended and am hopeful that another will be published without costing $3.99 for 22,000 words.

The plot was great and the writing was very good. I was pulled in and quickly began to care about the characters and what was going to happen to them.

I downloaded this book on a whim, and ended up really enjoying in. This was a completely unique world that Leader created and I enjoyed the fast read. The tempo isn't rushing, because this really has more to do with Ruby figuring out how to get home. However, you certainly won't get bored because there is always something that Leader has you trying to figure out.

I enjoyed seeing the world through Ruby's eyes, even if she was a little slow in putting the pieces together. I had already worked out the plot in my head before the book was even halfway over. However, I wasn't the one in limbo trying to figure out what was going on, I was simply following all of the clues that Leader lays out for the careful reader. But it was still rewarding to see that everything I had guessed played out exactly the way I predicted. *silently bows* :) Ruby's biggest strength is her heart and willingness to always try and help people (even if it might not be expressed the best way) but that adds to her likability.

Leader drops several clues throughout the book about the Ruby's destiny, and if I'm not mistaken also the destiny of the entire world and those she cares for-on both sides. The next book or books have a lot to live up to, but I don't doubt that Leader is up to the task.

I'm definitely excited to read the next book, um now would be great Victoria...... :)

I was told to read this book by one ofmy close friends. She said that it came highly recommended and that she had been told about it by the author. She warned me, and said that I'd fall in love with it.

Going into it, I didn't know what to expect, I only knew that it had eye catching cover art, and it seemed pretty legit.

After reading the book I can say, that my friend's recommendation was solid. I fell in love with this book. It was extremely interesting and I can't say that I've ever read anything like it.

I'm a huge fan of paranormal fantasy's and this one now comes highy recommended by me.

Jodie Hill is right on the money, I need the next book now!

I just finished reading this book on my nook and I can honestly say that I couldn't put it down. It reminded me a lot of the type of books that I have on my real life bookshelf and I would highly recommend this book to anyone that's into fantasy, adventure, and most certainly SUSPENSE.

I really loved the main character Ruby, and what Victoria Leader did with the characters was extraordinarily clever.
It's the kind of book that you'll want to read over, and I'm definitely going to.

When I read the end I was so sad.....I need the next book right now!!

Soooo glad I took the time to check this out!! Not finished reading yet (I got it today), but it's so great that I had to say something about it now. I like the description. I can picture everything happening, but Victoria Leader also lets us imagine things for ourselves. Can't wait to tell my friends!
