About Kathleen Kastner

Kathleen took a leap of faith and moved from Kansas City to Los Angeles, with the hopes of meeting her husband. Thank God it worked! She now lives back in KC with her yoga teacher hubby and they run Maya Yoga studio together.
Kathleen has a B.S in Journalism and a M.S in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kansas and has been teaching Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga since 1996. Her celebrity clients have included Deepak Chropa, Molly Sims and Emily Deschanel. She has been published in Yoga Magazine and created a Teen Yoga DVD, and a yoga iPhone application. She is vegan, has three cats and is advocate for all four-legged friends.

I feel like every teen 17 and up should read this book it gives real insight as to what it's like to be on the dating scene
