One of the best short stories I've read in a long while. Too bad it's a short stroy though, there could easily be more but great story through and through.

I absolutely the loved this story. The characters were wonderful. I really felt for Carla, and the attraction between her and Leo was very well written. My only complaint is that the story could have been much longer. These characters has a bigger story to tell. Otherwise, it was great. I highly recommend it.

This story was one of my most favorite. It proves that sometimes love must wait to be found. I can relate to this story . Being an empath does not mean your always in tune with others feelings. Sometimes you miss the most important ones.

A hot short romance story with tension, passion and a believable love story! Oh, this was my kind of romance. Leo and Carla have worked together for a few years and held their deep attractions to themselves, but when Carla leaves her job Leo doesn't want to lose her. Their coming together and admitting love was well done, I will check out this author's other books. The only thing I didn't care for was the implied PNR aspect, which never flushed out at all. It implies he is a shape-shifter Lion/Man, but we see none of that in this story. Maybe this is a short story for a series she wrote, not sure. But overall, I loved it and recommend it!

I loved the story line, though I was questioning the empath not knowing he loved her...however if the story was longer perhaps something could have been about there being a reson that she couldn't read him. I just wished, overall the story had been a LOT longer, and that is a compliment :)

The characters were good. I liked the story but thought it could have been longer. I think that there could have been more character development and more in depth about their situation. Something that bothered me is that she is an empath but couldn't sense that he loved her? Overall, a cute quick read.
