That equation has been attempted through pages of a diary. The author borrows from classical yoga principles to depict management as integration of heart, head, and hand: three roses on a single branch.

To stimulate and invoke heart, head and hand faculties; different literary formats have been elected; poems, short stories, essays. Within a loose sequencing and flexible layout, evolutionary trajectory of a manager is traced.

It is a fascinating travelogue of persistence and exuberance; marked with shades of romantic rebellion.
