This is a book worth reading... and re-reading. I have known that electromagnetic stress causes a variety of problems, but Dr. Swartwout has taken this information many steps further by explaining, in great detail, just how harmful this pollution can be. Although some of the information is technical, it also offers a guide as to how to begin the process of diminishing the harmful effects of these stressors in our daily lives.
