About Christopher Slater

Christopher Slater is a teacher, husband, father, reenactor, and writer...sometimes in that order. He has been writing short stories for many years, but it took until he was 34 to finish his first novel, TRAPPED IN SHADES OF GREY. He believes it was well worth the wait. As life continues, he has found that the advice of one of his teachers is more true every day- If you always do what you always did then you'll always get what you always got. In between teaching, grading, and making odd faces in the mirror, he is working on writing his first screenplay. He apologizes in advance for the picture. Sometimes he creeps himself out, too.
