I am a BIG Ilona Andrews fan and enjoyed the short stories as well. It keeps me going inbetween the series

I really liked these stories! The first is definitely my favorite and then the third. This collection of short stories is worth "all" the money I paid.

My favorite of the three novellas was the story by Ilona Andrews. It had a different premise and, while still fitting into a romance category, didn't feel like a traditional romance re-worked to add a paranormal element. Nice job!

Enjoyed this book. Jeaniene Frost's novella, while detailing life in the Pack felt too caught up in the heroine's fears. Meljean Brook's intimate look at changes and their consequences was a great read. Ilona Andrew's Grace finds her strength and will are equal to the task and to her dreams. Like many short stories, these left you wanting to know what happens next. I would love to see a series by Ilona Andrews about the world we glimpsed.

I loved this book, which was not a surprise. I devour every book I read from Andrews & Frost. This was my first read for a Meljean Brook story & I will be checking out more.

They were a little fast, leaving me wanting to know more... Over all though, I can not complain. I saved it so i could read it again & again.

I bought this for the Ilona Andrews story, though I also tend to read much of Jeaniene Frost's work (I say "much" because I skip the steamy sex, and Frost seems to have a lot more of that in her stories than Andrews does.)

I enjoyed all the stories in this e-book, though Ilona Andrews is my favorite. It's nice to read something that considers how inequity of power affects a relationship, instead of ignoring that issue altogether or going "So what? Our love will conquer!" *wince* (Note that *wince* is over things I said Ilona Andrews did NOT include in her short little love story.)

Also, in all 3 of them, I could nicely see (at least some) where the characters' romantic interest came from, even though it of course seemed kinda… fast. (Of the 3, Meljean Brook avoided that issue b/c the characters already knew each other. Ilona Andrews, I could at least understand why it moved so fast. Jeaniene Frost pulled that "Oh! You smell like my mate!" instinct thing that instinctually annoys me, but I still found the story worth reading.

I am a huge fan of Jeaniene Frost and Meljean Brook and was eager to read everything they have written so far – including their short stories. Normally I do not like short stories because they have a tendency to be too shallow in my opinion. But fortunately I got disappointed. Even more so by the third writer, Ilona Andrews. All three of them did another great job of creating fascinating plots, characters, ... . The only deficit: all stories end way too soon and being SHORT stories there is no time to really exploit the charaters or develop a broad storyline like in a novel!! My resume: definitely worth reading!

This is a wonderful anthology. I originally purchased it for the story by Jeaniene Frost. She didn't disappoint me. The only problem is I didn't want the story to end. I would love to see a complete novel come from the story.
I had never read anything by the other two authors, But after reading their short stories I had to have more. They were all exciting stories combining urban fantasy and romance, my favorite thing to read.

Recommended for those who haven't had the chance to get their hands on the Mammoth Book of Paranormal Romance or didn't want to buy the whole book... or for people who just enjoy to have 3 of their favourite short stories packed together into one e-book (like me :) )

I now can read the stories on my e-reader too and I'm happy. All three stories combine the paranormal and the romantic in their own, unique way and offer entertaining characters.
