About Tony Whittingham

Tony is an educational technology consultant. Prior to his ‘retirement’ Tony was NSW TAFE’s Director of Technology and Arts and Media Educational Services. He was the founding CEO for the Federal Government’s Co-operative Multimedia Centre and the Manager of the State Government’s Water Conservation Commission’s Photogrammetry Division. He has taught at college and university levels for more than 30 years and received national awards from the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD), in addition to the Computer World Fellows award for ’Outstanding Contributions To Computing In Australia’.

My iPad is now my classroom. The content in this little book is gold. I am now enrolled in a short history course from Harvard and having fun chatting with other learners from other countries. I was terrified about Facebook but have now joined a couple of Facebook history groups. Recommend for all seniors.
