Extended description

This is a fiction story about a metallurgist who builds a foundry in Germany using leading-edge technology. The plant uses huge electric furnaces, company-designed-and-built fusion powered electrical plants to heat the furnaces, and many labor-saving devices to become the world's greatest foundry. But there is a glitch when the crucible (pot) of molten metal fails to tip on command, and the metallurgist must save the company by showing his employees how to solve the problem.
