Ashley is a wife, sister, friend, business owner, event designer, interior designer,teacher, philanthropist, committee member, etc... Just to sum it up she is just as busy as the rest of you, so if Ashley can do this then You can too.
Ashley started researching Hcg about nine months prior to beginning her weight loss journey. She became obsessed with learning everything She could about the diet. She also studied Atkins, South Beach, and Dukan.
Ashley gained weight during her college years. She was successful in endeavors concerning school, projects, work, family, etc.. However she was in an unhealthy relationship. Instead of discussing emotions Ashley ate them (as many of us do). Ashley gained about 25lbs in three years. She ended up finding out she has sciatica and DDD in her spine. L4 and L5 ruptured inside of her spinal canal.
Ashley spent several months on bed rest,medications, steroids,etc.. and several more months gaining more weight. After Ashley's surgery She gained 50lbs (wow right ! ). Ashley tryied to lose weight before the surgery, but was unsuccessful. She was killing herself at the gym. Ashley tried fad diets, weight watchers, fasting, diet pills, regular diet and exercise, and soooooooo many other things. She struggled as many of us all do, losing and gaining the same 20lbs.
She would become discouraged when it came to regular diet and exercise. Ashley was eating around 1200 calories, working out 8-10x a week and only loosing 3-5lbs a month max (can u see why this would becoming frustrated?). Ashley was considering the lap band for about a year when she heard about Hcg. The best thing about Hcg are the fast results.
Ashley was very skeptical about the diet. Was it safe? Do people really keep the weight off?. Hcg was safe for Ashley. Ashley found out People do loose the weight and keep it off. She soon became one of those people that lost the weight and kept it off. Ashley lost 12 pounds in my first week. When Ashley started Hcg she wore a size 18/20. she is now am now size 8.
