A story of set through the eyes of a coming-of-age girl named Butterfly. The setting is the land of Vestavia, a mystical land of people who mimic animal and insect behaviors, in order to reach the afterlife that they call Nature. Butterfly is practicing in her realm and sees another person there, meaning she has to marry him, or live single forever. The both of them decide to marry and go through the rituals.
