About A.R. Wise

I am a podcaster, movie and music lover, owner of the Talkingship website, and long time secret writer. I decided to sit down and force myself to finally put together a story and get it into people's hands. That happened with the release of my first novella, Deadlocked, on November 9th, 2011.

This was a good read. Had some really gory elements but overall entertaining. Didn't realize it was to be continued...I hate those and generally don't bother downloading them if it indicates there is a part 2. Still worth reading.

7/8ths of the story is rivetting - then it becomes so converluted as to make it difficult to follow - but i hung in there ..... only to discover that it was 'continued' .... with ... you guessed it ...... a 2nd part which had to be purchased.
for all future reads i'll be checking that its either a complete story or that any '2nd part' is also free.
can't say i feel robbed as the first book was free - but i do feel cheated. had i known it was in two parts with a charge for the second book - then i wouldn't have entertained reading the first ... or was that the whole idea?

Amazing. The only way I can describe the book, is it is like a train wreck. It is so creepy you want to put it down but so amazing you cannot. I have found a new favorite author.
