Not a big believer in self help books in general, but this one stood out to me because it's written by a real person who has achieved incredible results whilst contending with the million and one things we all have going on in our lives. The narrative is very straightforward and easy to follow and the key messages are effective and will stick with you for a long time. Well worth reading

The essence of any self-help book has to be that it is easy to read and practical to use. This book scores well on both counts. In open and straightforward language, the reader can follow Andy's journey to a healthier body and a healthier spirit. It has inspired me to start thinking carefully about my own food intake and set goals for reducing my sugar consumption.

Bought this book for my husband. He read it in one sitting over Xmas and really liked it. The book is based on the author's own real life experience in successfully reducing his high cholesterol. The book gives great and simple tips plus includes an eating plan. The title Eat Move listen are the 3 key points from the book. Thumbs up from me and the husband !

I'm always looking for new books on how to tackle my cholesterol issues and this one is one of the better ones that I have read in a long time.
It's based on a real story and contains some really useful tips on how to reduce your cholesterol. It's written in a nice and relaxed style, by someone who has clearly done their homework on this topic,

I bought this book for two reasons -
1/ it is based on a person's real experiences
2/ I liked the cover page; it caught my eye,
Have now read the book and recommend it to anyone looking for some good ideas to cut their cholesterol without using medication.
