Due to the emergence of this now chaotic situation emerging, a new breed overly paranoid freaks and crazy folk have emerged. Will this be the end of the average tourist? Or will the normal folk rise up and somehow bring peace and justice back to the island, one way or another…

In Last Man Alive WINS 2: Kill or Be Killed, things take a turn for the worse, a lot worse. A new breed of crazy has emerged with additional new characters added such as the Axe Murderer… With things getting heated the solution seems to be simple… KILL OR BE KILLED.
