Jan Manning defines herself as a dog trainer, cross-country skier, equestrian, competitive rifle shooter, professional bartender, retired Army officer, yoga devotee, and dog mom. Thank you for writing this book, yes its a diet book, but not your " same old same old" diet book. Jan's book is more about finding out what is right for you rather than following the latest diet guru.
