B F Moloney is somewhat of a throwback to the spirit of punk in that his works are DIY ’n raw, with thanks given to digital technology. Not far away is his bent sense of humour, his feeling for struggle, his idealism; but he won’t take himself seriously. His eBooks are mostly humorous fables or parfables as he likes to call them - hybrids of fable, parable, myth, and anecdote that tell of subverted normalcy which he creates through character portraits and unusual scenarios. He draws his ideas from philosophy, religion, mind and body. B F Moloney is an Australian suburban bloke who's been reading Albert Camus and Janet Frame, who is listening to the music of The Swans, Not Drowning Waving and Tim Buckley; and he enjoys the footy.
