Would his poor choices and emotional absence cause the ultimate loss, his beloved Kalisa? More
Jordan and Suzy lived in a land north of the magnificent Victoria Falls, a beautiful land with fertile soil and swollen rivers, sprawling cities and the most likeable and good-natured people in Africa. They lived non-conformist lives, visiting some of the wildest game parks in the world, fishing for the mighty tiger, sailing on the largest man-made lake in the world. Then they would return to his beloved Kalisa, with its spreading wild fig trees and lush lawns stretching to the river. But the beauty and splendour of their surroundings was rendered invisible by the dark and damaging family secrets that eroded Jordan's soul. He was trapped in a cycle of never-ending pain and self-destruction, his poor choices and emotional absence inevitably causing his isolation from society and, ultimately, the loss of his beautiful Kalisa.
