Earl T. Roske is a writer and playwright. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. His short stories have appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies. His short plays have appeared in festivals and shows around the world.
While Earl's fiction is generally focused on speculative fiction he doesn't shy away from writing what ever fires his interest. His work currently ranges from literary prose to horror to young adult.
Earl is currently in the final stretches of bringing his first full-length novel, Tale of the Music-Thief, out into the world. At the same time his is - like so many other authors - working on several other novel projects while simultaneously writing short stories, more plays, and living his life with his family.

The stories are an easy read. The storielines are capturing and original ideas. It has a couple of spelling errors. But they didn't deminish the quality of the stories.

These eight stories were easy reading, self standing and suitable for short periods of time. The research for the mythology inspired stories gave an interesting context to this book which otherwise could benefit from careful proofreading e.g. locations 201 fired/396 to/429 There/ 436 there/435 scrapped /437 "small crowd of sympathy and tears" /533 look /862 to/1156 use.
