Obviously “retardation” isn’t the most current coined term, I understand, but one has to understand, that was the most popular term, when I was growing up and that is how I relate to myself, and hence the extreme highs and lows (bipolar), and states of paranoia.

I suffer from Schizoaffective and bi-polar disorders with agoraphobic tendencies’, in simple terms, I hear voices; see/view visual imaging that isn’t reality. I am 100% socially paranoid everyday; I constantly feel like people are watching me, following me and listening to my thoughts. I sway up and down, from social anxiety, which causes severe highs and severe manic bats of depression. I am the true definition of mentally disabled/retarded, I have kept quite for 33 years, and finally I am coming to peace with “I am special”, I am not just your everyday guy; I may put on a good front but I am only hurting myself.
