I'm a bit of a rare bird in that I'm a native Arizonan. That's right I live in Arizona and I'm from Arizona. Weird, I know. I've lived in Northern California, in the Sacramento area, and served a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Jamaica, land I love, but Arizona is and has always been home.
I've enjoyed writing since I was a young man. That's not to say that I'm an old man now but as an approaching middle aged balding husband and father of four I feel I can lay no claim on youth any more.
I have honed my craft (that sounded really pretentious) for several years with smaller writing projects for various blogs and websites as well as working as a freelance sports reporter for The Arizona Republic. In 2013 I began in earnest focusing on larger writing projects. I wrote and illustrated a children's picture book and compiled many of my shorter articles into one book.
As for what's to come? The project I'm working on right now is totally different from the first two but I'm really not saying much about it yet. You'll have to wait and see.
