I really loved the series. The first was kinda slow in the middle. This second book went quickly. Caught my interest and held it. There were many late nights. In this book, Lena is on a quest to find a Silenti treasure. I love that she tries to thwart her grandfather and surprises him with her choices. I love that she's so independent and thinks for herself. She makes mistakes, but always it's what she thinks she should do at the time. I like that she knows just how far she can trust Griffin. I love their relationship; you never really know where it's headed. It's a mystery, it's suspenseful, it's thrilling. I didn't even see the twist coming at the end. It was so worth the time to read. The third book was even better.
