As I believe all written communications possess these crucial factors, they should be applied to all types of written business exchanges, whether these be letters, memos, faxes, e-mails, telexes, or even internet "chat". Thus, I do not offer examples of how to write each of these types of written communications in this book. Rather, I offer samples that can be used in any written communication.
