One thought will keep going through your mind, "When did this happen?!”
Aging has to take place and so it will, but the main question is what are you doing to keep these natural effects of the process in check? You must do something to remain as close to your younger counterpart as you can. I'm not telling you to do something drastic, but in order to continue living a healthy and attractive life, there are many things that you should consider. You’re skin care, your diet, your habits; everything that has a direct effect on you and your body.
My aim is not to depress you, maybe just wake you up a bit. In fact, the event of moving into this phase can be a beautiful occurrence, something to celebrate and be radiant about. At least that is what we are all told! It means you have successfully crossed the half-way point on the bridge of life. I did say my aim is not to depress you, didn’t I? Seriously, if you take some steps now, it really won’t be a big deal. In fact, you can look in the mirror and marvel how well you look. The key is to start NOW.

I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. When I asked my doctor for advice on how to treat the specific symptoms, he told me that most of my symptoms were similar to the symptoms felt with menopause.
When I asked my mom for guidance, we looked online together for different books. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw that Ruth had written a book that seemed tailor made for my situation.
This book is incredible. The 50 chapters are devoted to handling different symptoms of menopause or tips to treating them. Each chapter is full of gentle advice on how to treat and prevent the symptom.
I really appreciated the advice on large pores, adult acne, and skin tags. PCOS causes my hormones to go wild, and I wasn't prepared for these symptoms at all.
My mother was able to use the advice in nearly all the chapters. At this point I've loaned the book to her because it's helped her so much! We've both had so much relief from large pores by using the simple technique outlined in chapter one.
Menopause and hormonal changes are difficult to go through. It's books like these that deliver no-nonsense help and advice that make it more manageable. I highly recommend this book.
