With this single day, we examine the theme of Transformers with its symbolism and people who can behave like Sleeper Agents working on behalf of Earth. There's also the examination of the rise of the Dinobots.

Volume 14 focuses on the concept of the 1980s cartoon "Transformers" that influenced that time period. It's a way of showing how the masks we wear as people can define us as Autobots and Decepticons. In a sense, there are hidden symbols that indicate our allegiance. Most people want to be Autobots or believe they are a Force of Good. However, sometimes people don't realize they're Decepticons or they have just strayed so far from who they were as children that they became Decepticons. For those who lived through the 1980s, many of us had childhood dreams of becoming Transformers. We followed a leader, Optimus Prime, and we knew Megatron was the bad guy. In reality, it's harder figuring out who's Optimus and who's Megatron. If only things were as simple as a cartoon where you knew who was good and who was bad.
