Ronald Joseph Kule is an internationally published book and short-story author and poet born in Bogota, Colombia, and proud of his heritage. He began writing creatively at age seven. In grade and high school days, he played baseball and football well but he had a greater interest in the performance arts -- he performed lead parts in musicals. Later, he added jazz music and reading classic books to his repertoire of pursuits.
At Oakland University in Michigan, he studied international cultures, ethnology and applied philosophy. In New York City, he added professional modeling to his resume, while later in Los Angeles, he trained in acting, fine-arts painting - his works are held in private collections - and screenwriting.
His successful, 39-year sales and sales-training career supported his writing. Today, Kule writes and publishes books full-time from Clearwater, Florida, where he lives with his wife Sherry, a custom jewelry designer.
