Starbuck is undercover, pretending to be a mortal as he searches for a spy who’s selling Council secrets to the biggest bad guy of all, Hieronymous. Falling for Jenny is not only a distraction from his job, it’s also going nowhere. This was a sweet and cute read. I loved the characters as well as the storyline. A woman sworn off Protectors and a man hiding his true identify... I mean how could you go wrong. Love this book cant wait to read more.
