Absolutely enjoyed this book. I had not read book one before this, but had no problems with feeling I missed part of the story. I laughed and cried. I would highly recommend this book. It is well written and didn't notice any editing issue.

What an awesome book! Please, there are times Ceecee only needed to depend on God . Please make more characters more deeply involved with God and the scriptures. Please . Otherwise, great book.

You should definitely read this book!!
The beginning was a bit slow. After that, it was like an emotional rollercoaster where one thing after another was being thrown at CeeCee until at last she couldn't handle them any longer. The way it is told involves you in the story, and the way she explains her feelings, especially after her father dies, makes the whole thing real. It made me laugh at some parts, and it made me cry at one point. I was unable to put the book down until I got to the end, which, although it was predictable, was nevertheless pretty good and very sweet and just what everyone wanted. She's a very real teenager with seemingly serious problems and good intentions, and since I don't want to write any spoilers, I'll just stop right here.
