A Certain Chemistry
It was supposed to be a simple firing: a junior lab worker who had been using company equipment on her own time. ‘My little project? The one you decided to try and fire me over? I’ve been working on a new type of drug, designed to promote a temporary feeling of... well, I suppose you’d call it “unconscious suggestibility”. The mind ticks on as ever, but the body does exactly as it’s told.’ She grinned broadly. ‘Pretty cool, eh?’
