Briar Rose

She doesn’t remember falling through the plate glass window. She doesn’t remember anything at all, not even her name. Her only link to the past is the rose tattoo on her backside. And when she finds the tattoo parlor, she's certain she can find the truth again, one tattoo at a time. (This story originally appeared in the highly acclaimed anthology Metahorror, edited by Dennis Etchison.)
