This is a great book for beginning cheesemakers. The format, linking the recipes to online videos which demonstrate techniques, is exceptionally helpful. What's more, Gavin posts regularly on his blog and is available to answer questions.
The Smashwords platform is a great platform. Being able to download in different formats is so convenient. I have the PDF format on my PC and the Kindle version on my Ipad. If I lose my copy, I can always download again and I can get updated versions as they come out.
This is a tremendous value at $6.99 and would be worth it at twice the price.
