About Tanar Dial & Chris Traister

Originally from Richardson, Texas, Tanar Dial now lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife, two cats, two dogs, and Myrna. When he’s not writing, he works with his wife at her ballroom dance studio. This is his first published novel.

Telling stories since the 2nd grade (most of them based on real characters),
Chris is an aspiring advertiser who dabbles in writing, carpentry, and faux-gourmet meals. When he isn't reading comic books or destroying others at board games, he likes to daydream or scribble out thoughts on paper plates. Not the foam ones, they don't carry ink as well.
You can find Chris on twitter @christraister or follow his blog (remember, he dabbles) ctraister.wordpress.com

Chris lives in Dallas, TX with his wife who is out of his league and their dog/child, Parker.

I've been a Sci-Fi, Sword & Socery and Fantasy fan for over 50 years, starting with all of ERB's books while in grade school. These days, I'm mostly an "Analoger."

I know that I'm reading a good story when I forget that I'm reading, when pictures play in my head, and when the dialog flows. This is what happened with Scattered Ashes. This is a good story.
