The greatest thing about this is that it exists!

It's well written, entertaining and down to earth.

However, I would appreciate a bit more depth when discussing the Romanian culture, both the elevated and the pop.

Thank you Sam for writing this guide - you have done a wonderful job of describing a country and its people...much better than any Romanian could have - because as you rightfully pointed out, we tend to emphasize on the bad, discounting the good.

It's always interesting to see yourself through somebody else's eyes - I have laughed most time while reading your book, and have sent my Canadian work colleagues and friends some quotes which helped them gaining a better understanding of some of my peculiarities :)

Cheers,
OC
