About Guy Nair

A survivor of two military coups during one of which he almost lost his life at the hands of army thugs, Guy Nair studied creative writing at Canada College, Foothill College, Stanford University, and in private workshops in the San Francisco Bay Area. He sold his first fiction piece, a short story, to "An Affair of the Mind," a small New York literary magazine in 1998. His work has also appeared in "India Currents."
