I am a musician and writer based in the UK. I run an Internet Radio Station dedicated to spoken word called, unsurprisingly, Audio Book Radio. My favourite author is Dylan Thomas.
Before starting Audio Book Radio I worked as a sound engineer / director in London and worked on more than 2,000 audio titles, working with everyone from Sir John Gielgud to Spike Milligan.
Incredibly I survived to tell the tale!
The inspiration behind my novel is a book entitled 'Almost Like A Whale' by Steve Jones, which is an updated version of Charles Darwin's 'The Origin of Species.' Steve Jones was kind enough to grant me permission to use quotes from his book to enable me to flesh out the central character, Arnold Matson.
I should add that my style of writing is highly individual and very descriptive. There are no guns, bullets or swearing and if you want "action packed" you have come to the wrong shop. However, if you want to give your imagination a massage you should enjoy the journey. Thanks for dropping by.

If you like reading Wodehouse or Alan Bennett, this book is for you! Wonderfully ironic with characters that are beautifully drawn.
It is wonderful to see an author who genuinely loves the english language!
