Without typing a "spoiler review", I loved how I got faked out during the story. Enjoyed this book! Book had a good message, story and made me laugh and tear up a few times. Really liked it.

All I can say is this author must have a teenage daughter! I have a 15 year old and the main character reminds me so much of her and the sibling rivalry she has with my younger son. The author really captured the inner workings of a troubled family. I LOVED this book. I read it from start to end sitting at my desk, when I should be working. Read the book after I saw a good review from a friend on Facebook. I enjoyed how the story focused not only on the character Kaylee but went on to show the relationship and marriage of the parents. My favorite part is how the author did not leave me hanging out to dry at the end, book offered closure which is something I feel a lot of books lack. I havent ever heard of this author before but would like to read more of the same. Only thing negative I can say about this book is I wish it had been somewhat longer and some chapters left me to use too much of my imagination. Other than that, a wonderful read but be prepared to shed a tear or two. HAPPY I READ IT!

This is by far the best book I have read in a very long time. I just couldn't put it down. This was such a touching story that brought many tears to my eyes. Awesome job on this book. I look forward to more.
