Review by: Peter Nicholas Farrell on July 27, 2013 :
Loved it. Great story, well told and the historical aspects were well presented. I have read a lot of Scottish history and this book ranks alongside the best of them. I only hope it is the start of a series exploring the lives of the characters.

Outstanding! Your research was great, characters even better, style and presentation were also well done.

Not your normal dry, dry, dry historical novel.

Highly recommended.
