About Lisa Arnold

Lisa Arnold was born on May 21, 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio. She is an accomplished freelance online article writer and published poet and short story writer who has been writing poems and short stories for nearly four decades. Lisa is a guest poet at Stillwater Magazine, and her work has frequently appeared in the popular online magazine All Things Girl and has been published in several issues of Events Quarterly and Poetic Monthly. Her poetry has also appeared in Good Taste International and The Persistent Mirage. Lisa's articles have been published in Rewind the Fifties, YoNaturals and Southport Times.

Lisa is the Founder and Administrator of a growing online poetry community called Echoes of My Soul Poetry Forum, which has been in existence since 2005. Lisa was once a staff writer for Poetic Monthly and is a member of several online writing communities including Poets Pages, Red Room, The Starlite Cafe, Author's Den, Write Sight and Poem Hunter.

Lisa majored in English at Cleveland State University and earned an Excellence in Writing Certificate from Writers Digest School. Her personal writing blog Lisa Arnold: A Writer's Journey won a "Blog of the Week" award in 2008. Several years ago, her poetry forum won a "People's Choice" award from Webby World. Lisa's forum is for writers of all levels. She is very proud that that her poetry forum continues to be a top forum.
