After one year of struggling to accommodate a gluten-free, dairy-free diet, I finally discover this wonderful book. This cookbook is approachable and the recipes are actually something you will make...and then make again. Recipes are well written and easy to follow. I've been trying to get going on them one by one. I made the Kaiser Rolls and it’s so delicious.

It's a resourceful book, a fun read, and I’m happy to find recipes that didn't use gluten most especially in baked food. The recipes are easy to follow and so, so good recipes that is not overly complex yet yield delicious results and sophisticated, well-balanced, fresh flavors.

I recommend this for anyone who wants healthy gluten free food.
