I truly loved this book. It actually helped me find strength in battling my own demons.
However, I'm not a fan of sex in books and I'm definitely not a fan of premarital sex. The story would've worked just fine if they'd just been making out in the barn. It made me like her less. And that's too bad because otherwise this could have been a new favorite.

I have passed this book over a number of times and it has been my loss every single time. The depth, the candor, the rawness of the emotions in this book makes it a gripping read that is worth every star plus one. The conflict the main characters face, having to decide whether love and passion trump honor and family...let's just say it put me at the edge of my seat, and I barely remembered to breath until the very last page.
