I just finished reading A Year in the Cave and found it excellent and informative. As a writer and reader myself, and also a strict grammarian, I felt a surge of emotion in the final chapter that I hadn't expected.

Thank you so much for this book, Mr. Guyette. I rooted for you and your students all the way through. How fortunate they were to have such a dedicated teacher

Good ideas. Good defense of single-sex high schools. It's great to read a detailed school success story by a teacher who likes teaching and likes his students. I believe there are many such teachers out there. Rob Guyette deserves credit for telling his story.

And congratulations to Rob Guyette from a fellow Smashwords author published on Aug 14. My book - 50 Ways to Have Fun With Your Bad Spanish - is next to his on the "newest" Smashwords list today. That's how I found his book. It looked interesting. And it was. Judy Schulten
