About Eshal Peiris

Let me start by thanking you for supporting my debut novel, The Legend of Talen. It was such a rewarding experience writing this book and I’m really looking forward to sharing it with others. Ever since I was young, I’ve always loved to create different characters and worlds. Crafting this story has given me a meaningful outlet to do just that.

My goal when writing this book was to not only give the audience an exciting adventure from cover to cover, but more importantly, I wish that I’ve been able to convey a positive message of overcoming all obstacles, helping those in need, and daring to achieve the impossible—something I hope will resonate with anyone reading it, especially young adults.

Please visit my webpage if you have any questions. I hope you enjoy reading this book as much as I did writing it.

Great read!! The setting is unique but the turmoil and suffering feel real. I really liked the main villain King Slite, and especially enjoyed the friendship forged between Talen and Deyla. This is certainly worth picking up if you are looking for a fun adventure story. The last few chapters will fly by and leave you wanting more.

Eshal Peiris is one of the few authors I've read in a long time who doesn't rely on a romantic story line to keep the reader's attention. Instead, he reignites the flame of adventure and the importance of the journey. He focuses on character development, world building, and the themes of duty and friendship, and this carries the story along.

A breath of fresh air in a world of paranormal romance. 5/5 stars.
