Yet another excellent offering from this author. A Land Without Law is filled with action and intriguing new ideas that will keep you turning the page and leave you hungry for more.

With the Staff of Law broken, its pieces scattered across the land, the world begins a descent into chaos. Convinced that nothing can be done, Chanter creates a place of safety for the chosen so they can live out their lives in peace, but it’s not long before Talsy convinces him to take her on a quest to find the staff’s pieces. He believes it futile, but his ‘little clan’, as he fondly calls her, asks for a Wish and he cannot refuse.

I found this book to be a riveting read with entertaining, well-rounded characters whose interpersonal relationships grow ever more complex without slowing the pace or bogging down the plot. Nicely written too! I look forward to Book 4.

My reviews are very simple, I either like the book and recommend it or I don't.
I like the book and recommend it. the author is at par with my favorite Sci-fi authors (David Weber, Anne McCaffrey, David Drake) to name a few.
