About Jayne Hyatt

Jayne Hyatt is a novelist who currently lives in Denver, Colorado. A lifelong bookworm, she especially enjoys reading contemporary and historical romance, romantic suspense and mysteries. When she's not writing, or reading, she's very likely hanging out with her best friend, cooking up a storm, watching a movie, trying out a new restaurant, browsing in a used book store, or simply daydreaming. As she puts it: "I seem to spend a lot of time daydreaming about what my characters are up to when I'm not with them."

The story was amazing. It is a two for one romance, and the characters were strong and wonderful to get to know. It was also very clean, and appropriate for all ages, although I don’t know that teenagers would be as interested in it, but some would be. It was a slow start, and it had a great deal of dialog, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, but the touch of magic was a big plus for me, as well as the realism that kept the story grounded and not too fanciful or overly contrived. The writing was also well done, and easy to read and follow. Loved it, loved it, and would recommend it to anyone who loves clean love stories. I like a little smut in mine normally, but I still laughed, cried, and had the bageesus scared out of me, and that is what counts.

Interesting characters, good plot, fun romance, and a dangerous adventure. Everything I like in a book.

I loved this book! It had an interesting plot and the characters were people I would like to visit with again. I loved the comradeship between Georgie and Emma. The banter between Fitz and Wolf made me laugh out loud. Scottsbluff is depicted as a sleepy little town but certainly not boring. If I ever happen to be in the area I will take the time to check it out. If you like Susan Elizabeth Phillips and Jennifer Crusie you will like this book. Fun and sexy

I enjoyed this book. The main characters were fun and I liked the way they played off of each other. The plot was interesting, and kept me turning the pages. Although it starts a bit slow, it's never boring and I appreciated how much character development took place during the slow bits. Once the action starts, it really takes off. It's quite funny as well. All in all a very satisfying read.
